Next Day Service (excluding Highlands) - £15.00. Order before 12pm
Express Service - 1 to 2 days £12.95. Order before 12pm
Standard Service - Up to 5 days £5.95 (on orders under £99)
Personalised orders require two additional working days and will be sent once the embossing is complete. Select the shipping service you require at checkout.
We ship and deliver Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before midday on a working day, that are non personalised, will be dispatched with your selected service.
International Delivery - from £20
All international orders will be sent by DHL Express.

DHL Express estimate a three to five working day delivery time for most destinations. At checkout your order will have a calculated shipping cost depending on the volumetric weight of your items, this is different to the actual weight. Personalised orders require an additional two working days to process.

Returns
We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods to cancel your order and that you return them to us within 28 days of delivery. Or you may return your order within 14 days without contacting us. Personalised orders are non cancellable and non refundable.
