We try to make your shopping experience as easy and as pleasurable as possible right down to the delivery of your goods. We understand that everyone would like their new purchase as soon as possible, for this reason we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. All orders over £30 require a signature on delivery and are sent by a trackable service, otherwise the order is sent first class post. Most items are packed in a single wall packing box and an outer jiffy bag or single wall box for protection during shipping.
Please allow up to 2 working days in addition to the delivery service you require for items that are personalised. If you need an item urgently please contact us as we may be able to prioritise your order.

Next Day Delivery - £5.95
Orders placed before 11am, that are non personalised, will be dispatched for next day delivery. Exceptions to this include deliveries to non mainland UK, Highlands and personalised orders. Personalised orders will be sent next day delivery once the embossing is complete.
International Delivery via DHL (weight limit applies)
At checkout your order will have a calculated shipping cost depending on the volumetric weight of your items. DHL estimate a three to five working day delivery time. Personalised orders require an additional two working days. Please phone on +44 1799 551813 or email email@example.com for an invoice for clarification on orders over £180 or if your order is significantly large in size. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs so please contact us for a calculated quote and invoice if you would prefer.
VAT on international orders:
Orders sent within the EU: VAT at 20% is included. For orders placed in the name of a VAT-registered business in another EU country, if the VAT number is supplied to us (use the "Special order details" box at checkout) we will refund the VAT element.
Shipments to destinations outside the EU (including Channel Islands): VAT is not chargeable, but our system charges the same selling prices. In compensation for not deducting the VAT component, our shipping charges for all destinations are subsidised.
Life of Riley is not responsible for loss or damage of the product during delivery. We will choose the best service provider to deliver your product. All actions from you are just a signature when you receive your package. Life of Riley is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Life of Riley also reserves the right to perform partial deliveries.
Please note that additional import duties and taxes may apply on international deliveries depending on the destination and will be collected at the time of delivery. This is part of the customers responsibility and carriage is non refundable on any returned items.
