Christmas Returns Policy
For goods purchased between the 1st November and 20th December as Christmas Gifts, our return and exchange policy has been extended until the 15th January 2018. This excludes items which have been personalised and are therefore non-refundable.
We hope you love our range as much as we do. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods our no quibble guarantee allows you to return non personalised goods, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Personalised orders may not be cancelled, refunded or returned as they have been altered to your specification.
We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and that you return them to us within 30 days. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, all items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier, we can arrange for the collection of the goods. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return journey, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.
